i kept for my own files a 3MB file while sending the "amended" 10MB file they sent me

It has to be seen to be believed. Some dingbat just inserted pictures directly from a digital camera onto the document, and the settings on the camera were all on maximum!

as for copy and paste from digital camera.. hey, i'm glad the office has bought digital cameras with a max resolution of 5MP...

imagine the 8MP or 10MP jobs they have now...
